Good evening, John. Well, pillar two was about technology transfer and defense equipment

transfer between the three partner states, the U.S. the UK and Australia. In reality that becomes the operational arm if you like of

Orcus because it's where that's where you have interoperability, you have the planning for joint procurement of systems and

technologies, you have that sharing so that there is a clear interoperability. Now there's always been a very high level of

intelligence sharing and military interoperability largely because of the

Five Eyes Agreement between the U.S.

The UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.

But so basically this takes it to the next level.

The talk now of adding Japan to that link is a very logical step largely because Japan has been almost a de facto five eyes member in terms of the high level of intelligence exchange between Washington
