I am, look, I'm tired and jet lagged.

Yes, as we talked about on the previous episode.

Yes, but you know what, Dory, I am, I just want to say, I am humbled by jet lag.

I thought I could beat jet lag.

I thought I could hack jet lag.

You know, like I feel like I became like the Tim Ferris of jet lag by myself, like just

alone, or I was like, I'm going to create my, you know, I'm going to, what were your,

what were your strategies?

Yeah, we're, yeah.

Okay.

Well, I did a lot of, you know, I think my hyper fixation and my generalized anxiety

disorder really worked in my favor sometimes because I was like, I'm going to research everything

I can about how to conquer jet lag.

And so I, when I do this every time I travel like over even just one American timeline,

and I don't travel abroad very often, okay, if ever.

So this was like a very rare thing for me.
