I have a really hard time meditating and shutting off my mind.

Have you ever regressed someone who can't be regressed?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I think it really depends on how open-minded someone is when they go into a regression.

It's basically a relaxation and then going into a semi-hypnotic state, almost like a trance state, so that you're open,

you've lowered your resistance to being open to the suggestion.

I think it's what I love about the style of this work that I'm doing right now

is it's very unique to the individual.

I had a friend who I adore and she is very linear, very practical,

doesn't have a whole lot of woo, and she had one of the best experiences I've had with sharing these regressions with people.

What's funny though is I went into it thinking, oh my goodness, there's no way she's ever
