Oh my goodness.

Oh, it's so great to see you here tonight.

I'm so glad that you came.

I tell you, it just blesses my heart when God's people come out on a Thursday night to just simply petition the throne in prayer.

And we have a lot to pray about tonight.

Obviously, we want to pray for the Hurricane Harvey disaster. I think disaster is

almost an understatement. Let me just share a couple things and then we'll kind of go over the

drill for how we're going to conduct the prayer meeting. First, can we just make sure our phones are silenced? If you don't

mind, mine it already is. And so, all right. So I got an email from the Calvary Chapel Association

regarding the hurricane relief.

Now, Operation, not Operation Christmas, but Samaritans purse is already on the ground,

and we support them as a church, but you can go to the website and you'll be able to,

in fact Franklin Graham was there today with Vice President Mike Pence

and the governor there as well. So I want to just read real quick what they are saying as of right now.

This is from Calvary Chapel Association. As you are aware, Hurricane Harvey may result in the largest hurricane disaster in U.S. history.

And like with other disasters in recent years, we are certain that Calvary chapels will want to do all they can to assist in the recovery.

We hope to be a bridge between those in need and those who

desire to help and are committed to standing with the Calvary Chapel churches in the area
