Hello, my friends, it is Friday, it is time for another pray together episode.

I am very thankful that you have joined me for prayer today, where we will be praying

not only for the needs of listeners like you who have submitted their requests and their

praise reports, but we also will be praying for world spiritual revival during these Friday

episodes moving forward.

So I am thankful that you have joined me today, I want to look at Philippians chapter 4

verses 6 and 7 as we prepare our minds and our hearts to be engaged in prayer with

King of the universe.

This is God's instruction to us about life and about prayer.

He says, do not be anxious about anything.

Friends that is a command, anxiety I understand can sometimes have a physical component and

it can come on us with a vengeance at times.

But our God tells us what to do when anxiety comes.

He says, do not be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and supplication

with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.

So our response when anxiety comes into our lives is to express faith, to take that anxious

thought, that situation that we are anxious about and lay it at the feet of our God.

Friends that is an act of trust, that is an act of faith.

We are asking God to take those burdens and cares and to begin acting on them to do something

with that care that we could not do on our own.

Friends that is an act of worship, that is an act of trust and that is our responsibility.

It is when we do this and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard
