Got lots of news good news. That's a little bit of terrible news there, but

1:07.0

Let's start with the good news. Okay. Well, we did it. I've written that there. That's good. We did it. That's the good news. Yeah, we did it. So that's something to be proud of.

1:18.0

Terrible news. Just a bit of terrible news. Remember, I invited some embassy officials to see the show. Well, that was good. Unfortunately, the play drew a lot of attention to illegal immigrant status. So overall, great. Yes, but also not great. So average.

1:39.0

Ah, in addition to the good news and the terrible news is also a truly awful news. That's right. It's really happening. A Friday night edition of TBTL. The show that's probably too beautiful to live. That's the great experiment. I'm your host, Luke Burbank.

Weighing in at 190 pounds. I attribute a lot of my weight problems to the fact that I do wear a tall pants and a tall shirt, but that's kind of a family tradition.

2:14.0

Which I'm not privy to share with you all here on the radio. There is though a lot that I can talk about tonight including.

2:20.0

I think this looks bomb to be coming tonight on TBTL. What percentage of dollar bills and let's just say paper money in general.

2:32.0

In circulation has trace amounts of cocaine on it. You will not believe the percentage. We will tell you during awesome, not awesome. Also, the long embattled, long embargoed, now finally liberated.

Los Angeles season of project runway has come to lifetime. It made its debut last night. You've been living in the monkey house. We'll give you our full review. Most of which for me will just involve talking about how incredibly bad the other shows on lifetime look.

3:03.0

Dear God. Except army wives. I don't know. I could maybe get into that. And at 8 o'clock, a performance from Garfunkel and Oats. You know them. You love them. You want some more of them. There are two ladies, one named Ricky Lindholm and one who I've been calling Kate Machucci. Turns out I had her name wrong. It's pronounced a little bit differently than Machucci.

3:30.0

It's straight up Gucci. I have a show. It's called plan with Maccucci. It's true. Hilarity will ensue. And by the way, some fabulous music. That's all at 8 o'clock when we talk to Garfunkel and Oats. That's the plan coming up tonight. The people that will be here helping make it all happen include Jen Andrews. She's also known as flash sometimes even road dogs. Hello, Jennifer. Hi. How are you doing on this Friday?

3:59.0

Well, I just I'm a little bit. I just realized that our show sheets are completely wrong. I didn't change the date. Well, I just went with it. You just went with it. We have now. We have a week. You might be surprised to hear this listeners, but we have a little printed out sheet that Jen carefully puts together every day with everything that we're going to talk about and do in the entire show called the show sheet. And now that I look at it, this one does say Thursday, August 21. It says actually Thursday, August 21.

4:28.0

Yeah, that's a that's, you know, a problem that we run into. But the show number is correct. It is 385. Okay. So I can I can do this on the fly. I'm a I'm a radio professional. Okay. Jennifer. So we got it's Friday. It's Friday. Right. Yes. Okay. It's August the 20. It is the 21st. Okay. 21st. And it's this is episode 385. Yeah. Done and done. Wonderful. Okay. Don't beat yourself up. Great. What's your what's your weight? My weight is one 30.

4:58.0

One point five. What? It's true. Oh my gosh. You're almost to the level of fitness where you could just carry a machine gun around and fire it. Very close. Jack White. In a truly Alice must hearty and fashion. If you want to know what we're talking about, go to our website minorthwest.com slash TVTL. And today I followed in your footsteps and had ham roll ups and apple slices for lunch. I see. I usually go I go turkey and coffee, but you went ham and apples.

5:28.0

Yeah. Congratulations on the 131. Thank you. It's not like I can do that every day, but on a special Friday. I can. Somebody came up with a diet. I haven't actually looked at it, but I read about it. It's for iPhone. It's not lose it, which I've been talking about a lot. It's, but it's incredibly simple. And basically what it is is you tell it what you weigh and what you want to weigh. And then every day you weigh yourself. And it's just got a line. And if the line has gone down, it says you eat whatever you want today. You, your normal

5:58.0

thing. And if it's gone up at all, it says you have to basically have a cup of coffee. That's all you can have all day. So it's just like a very simplistic little graph line that just tells you like this is a day when I'm just eating turkey and coffee. And then it's like you went down and then it's like, Hey, game on. I just seems like it's going to be just back and forth. I mean, yeah, I mean, it's not I'm not saying it's perfect. I just saying I like the simplicity of getting up in the morning and going, Oh, this is a day I can go bonkers or. Oh, this is a day.

6:28.0

When I'm going to be on a hunger strike. Well, anyway, congratulations on the one 30 month. That's that's spectacular. Speaking of congratulations, we've got some in order for our dear friend Sean Ditori, Japan's number one mixer.
