Well, this is interesting.

The Wall Street Journal says when you vent, when you're, you know, like, ooh, this makes me angry.

How about this?

Get together with friends.

Do it on Twitter or whatever.

Actually makes you angrier.

Huh.

We've talked about this at length on the show.

Of course, wrote a book about it.

And people are like, but I need to vent.

But it doesn't help unless there's love behind it like venting the very

nature of vent is like there's this furnace and it's burning like it's not just well I think people

think it's burning but if you let whatever out that it won't explode so I think people are

thinking well I want if I don't do it, then I'm just going to

explode. But usually the venting is an explosion anyway. That's the problem. There's other

metaphors that are probably better besides venting. Right. But the thing is, when you hear

yourself saying stuff, sometimes it whips you into a frenzy very rarely and this is me too look

i've struggled with this big time uh but very rarely if i found is that actually dealing with a problem

forgiveness is the real struggle forgiveness is the work uh venting that's that comes naturally to anybody
