election. I have to catch myself and think, wait a second, it's not this November. It's a year

from November. You wouldn't know by the hoopla over it.

Oh, my goodness.

I like history.

I'm interested in politics and culture and all that stuff.

But I can tell you what, we're not going to talk about politics a lot on this show, if at all.

And it's not because it doesn't matter or not because we're not aware of the world or this debate or that issue

or that candidate or whatever. It's just because you can hear that anywhere else. Where do you hear

anything different where it's a totally different worldview, like where it's about our own

struggles and what we have to work on and look at why we're here, how God loves us,

all of that sort of stuff.

To me, those are the biggest issues, period.

The other stuff comes and goes.

But the big issue is always, okay, does God love me?

What does he want me to do?

Why am I here?

All that sort of stuff.

We'll talk about that stuff and just general struggles and then the general silliness of life.

But you can hear all that other stuff on the horse race journalism anywhere.
