my best friend in the whole entire world. I am so excited to welcome Aubrey Gavello

onto the podcast today. We are going to talk about what makes great friendships, friendships

in general, and all the important components that go into having a healthy and supportive

relationship with a friend. Just to give you a little background on Aubrey, she graduated

from USC's Marshall School of Business. She's the cutest and most bubbly core power instructor

you've ever seen. Her shot Aronga is on fleek shout out if you know what that means. And

on top of it all, she is just one of the most selfless and caring people I know. I am

so, so, so, beyond lucky to call her my best friend and it has been that way for 16 years

literally since the first grade all through high school, all through college and now onto

our wedding days, kids, and honestly we probably will get buried next to each other and our

husbands are just going to have to deal with it. With that said, here is me and my best friend

OBSG talking all about friendships. Okay, we're back. We're back. We're back, but you

wouldn't know it. So today in the car, as I prep Aubrey for this podcast, I'm like,

are you pumped to be on Hasha Grillpodge? She's like, yes, horse. And then she asks me this

question. Have you guys had any like major technical versions yet? And I go, no, we haven't.

It's been really easy. And she goes, that is so great because James Charles had to do a

video with Kylie Jenner. The whole audio is off the entire time they filmed and they had

a refilm. I don't know if you any of you guys have seen it, but I would highly recommend it.

And so we just finished filming about 20 minutes of this podcast episode to have the computer

freeze and delete it all. I foreshadowed. I don't want to say it was we jing sted, but now

we're back for the second time, which you get. It's okay. I know you're like, we wouldn't know
