| 1:29.7 | That's it. I can tell everyone I have a Ticophobia. I want you to understand that that's a clinical definition, |
| 1:36.2 | and it is more so related to like this morbid fear. Like you almost feel like you're going to die. |
| 1:41.6 | Like it's catastrophic the way you fear failing or making a mistake. Like it's holding your life hostage and it's abnormal. |
| 1:50.9 | What is normal is that we all have a fear of failure and a fear of making mistakes to some degree. |
| 1:58.8 | What's abnormal or more rare, should we say, is when that fear is so all encompassing that it begins to affect your mental health. |
| 2:07.9 | And this can be like around everything in your life or can be around a very specific thing, like maybe a new mother who's afraid to feed her own child. |
| 2:16.6 | And literally can't feed her own child because she is so afraid that something's going to go wrong. |
