Now, before I jump into the content, I want to preface this with going back to the previous episode I spoke about where some of you guys who listen to this podcast, you get all this stuff in your head, and it's all, you know, really good attraction building material.

But then when you get on a first date or you're in a first conversation with the girl, your mind locks up and you go into what I call screen saber mode.
