spring. I feel like when you live in Austin, spring is like a hot bed of just so much going on.

And then same thing in the fall. It's the two times of the year when you kind of have to learn how to master

your energy and then also your attention of what you're going to be doing, which, by the way,

is today's topic as well. We're going to be talking about how you can master your attention

First one is a tip that I forget that people don't know this, but until I sit next to

somebody and they see my screen and they go, hey, how do you do this?

That's when I realized, oh, yeah, this is like a relatively new feature that exists in Google Chrome.
