200 episodes, hard to believe. We've come a long way, you and I. And when we get to the end of this episode and we do our weekly

what we're celebrating segment, I'm going to have a few more things to say about the fact

that we've made it 200 episodes deep here on Gear 30. But what we really ought to be talking

about here is that this is part two of my conversation with

the CEO of ATK bindings, Davide in Dualty, and I sure hope you all caught part one last week

because ATK is up to a lot of interesting things.

And those of you who listen to Part 1 know that the company also has a very interesting history.

So Davide and I are going to be walking through ATK's product lineup, really trying to suss out

the design differences between some of these products. And you are also going

to get to hear Davide give his take on how some ATK products stack up against some of the other

tech bindings on the market. And so with that, let's get to part two. Here we go.

So, of course, we will never, we will never compromise on the development of new technologies

for the racing field. So the first category is racing. We have over

70% of the competitors in the World Cup and we won most of, I think I can fairly say nearly

every competition this winter, this last winter in the World Cup with our Revolution Break Workup.

Then the next category, so the user type is clearly a competitive guide, which is using

bindings for competition or training. So it's pretty clear.

The next one is speed.

So our idea of speed touring is that's kind of backcountry skiing of the origins,

where the important things were few stuff, the less, the better,

because we don't need anything that breaks up there and we have to go as fast as possible.
