Thanks, Chris. It's a pleasure to be here. Now, I wanted to do a show on Washington, D.C. because it's a destination we've talked about before,

but there's so much to do in the Washington, D.C. area, not just in D.C. but in the region.

And I listened to Rob's podcast about it.

He was the person I thought of in terms of coming on the show and talking about it. He was the person I thought of in terms of coming on the show and talking about it.

Rob, what's your connection with Washington? How long have you lived in the area?

So my connection is that I am a Washington DC tour guide.

I own my own tour company, Tripex DC Tours,

and as you said, have the podcast.

And my goal is to help everyone

to have the best possible trip when they come.

An exciting destination, there's a lot to do here, and it, just like many destinations, can feel overwhelming.

So I've been a tour guide for a little over a decade now,

I've been doing Tripex DC for half a decade and so I just really want to help people have a great time when they come.

Excellent. And why should someone come to Washington, D.C.
