Well, I appreciate the patience of Jackie because this is the second time we're starting to do this show

because of some technical issues the problem

between the chair and the keyboard on my end.

And where is a Brutso that we're talking about Jackie?

So you will find a Brutar to the east of Rome, so between Rome and the Adriatic coast.

Surprisingly, it is only about two and a half hours from the capital yet it is a different world.

What's your connection with the Blutso first of all?

Well, my husband and I, we set up our hiking company, Hedonistic hiking, about 15 years ago and at that time we made Italy our home for half the year and the rest of the year we base ourselves in Australia.
