Hi there, Chris.

Thank you so much for having me on.

Well, I've already put it on a map there for us,

but what is your connection to the Pyrenees?

Yeah, I'm based in the central French Pyrenees,

literally midway between the Atlantic coast and the Mediterranean,

which is an absolutely wonderful part of the world, I have to say,

I'm absolutely taken with the mountains. absolutely

taken with the mountains and the way of life in this part of France.

And I, yes, I've been living here for nearly 15 years now.

So very well integrated.

Absolutely passionate about the local life and the history and the culture and the food in particular

that we find in the Pyrenees Mountains. And I'm going to go out on a limb and say
