about one of my favorite cities, Boston. I'd like to welcome back to the show Lily Marshall from around the world L.com and

teaching traveling.com. Lily welcome back to the show.

And Lily, who is one of my Boston friends, is come to talk to us about Boston, where she currently

lives and has lived for a while? My whole life.

Except for the year or so you spent on the road.

That's right, around the world.

Excellent, and why should someone come to Boston?

So part of why I traveled around the world in 2009 to 10 was to find a better city than Boston,

because I lived there my whole life and I thought there must be

something better out there so I tried on all these different cities I had high hopes

for certain ones and at the end of the day what I realized is Boston is the city of my heart. It's a beautiful

green city. It's got both a river and the oceanfront. It's got an amazing education scene.

It's known for all of our universities and colleges.

But it's also got a vibrant arts scene as well and cultural scene.
