Let's talk about Cambodia.

Today's episode of Amateur Traveler is going to be a little different because we're going to be talking about the recent Amateur Traveler trip that we went to Cambodia and like the episode we did last year when we did the Amateur traveler trip to southern Morocco. I'm going to be using some

clips from talking to some of the people, most of the people actually who went with me on that

trip. And basically I asked them three questions what was the

highlight of the trip what was the biggest surprise and what kind of warning

would you give we're gonna cut their answers in and amongst some other explanation

in terms of where we went.

And just to give you a broad overview, it was a trip to Cambodia, but we started in Hoichi Men

City or Saigon, and then went Overland to Cambodia to Penhampen up to C. Mriep and Ancorwat and then down to

Bhatam Bang also in Cambodia and then finished the trip in Bangkok in Thailand. And before I talk about the trip, I should say

that my wife did not go with me on the trip. And she didn't go because she doesn't have a real desire

to go to Southeast Asia because she pictures it as being hot, humid, and

chaotic. And it turns out that she is right. Now we happen to enjoy the trip, but

this is what Rob and Aaron were saying about the traffic just starting even in Ho Chi Min city.

Crossing the streets, particularly in Vietnam and Cambodia, is not for the faint of heart.
