Today the amateur traveler is going to take a break from looking at travel destinations

to talk about solo travel as a woman. I know that I should be heading home, but maybe not today.

Before we get into this week's interview,

I do have three new stories for you. In the first one

a boy was able to get on a plane in London and fly to Rome without a ticket, without any passport or visa,

and his quote was that it was easier than doing homework.

Liam Corcoran, 11, had no passport or boarding pass and revealed that no one challenged

him throughout his astonishing adventure.

Another new story that's coming from Fromers are cruise lines dumping their sick passengers. This is not a good news story.

Fred and Connie Closon's honeymoon cruise on Royal Caribbean Serenade of the

seas ended on a tragic note. He basically had a massive heart attack. The ship diverted to St. Kitts where he was

transferred to a hospital. And that's only the start of the problem because after he's dropped

off in St. Kitts, the hospital situation according to the couple was nothing short of deplorable.
