Welcome to the amateur traveler. I'm your host Chris Christensen. Before we get into this week's interview I do have some news stories for you. The first one

made me smile. The TSA has a new idea for targeting

terrorists to keep flights safer, but this may not be something that those of

you who are nervous about flying will like because

Basically they're going to use a technology to detect people who are nervous about flying.

So that may just give you one more thing to be nervous about.

Two news stories about Ryan Air.

Ryan Air, first of all, has been picked by British travelers for the third year in a row as their least favorite airline.

30% voted the low-cost airline as their least favorite.

And then the second news story is Ryanair is apparently not

contended just to be hated by the residents of Great Britain, so they have

announced that within the next three years they're going to create a low-cost

transatlantic airline.

So you too may get a chance to hate Ryanair in the future.

And then the final news story I have is that passengers may be required to pay for airline noise.

If you are on an airline that flies to Korea that makes too much noise, the bill could be charged to the passengers rather than the airlines, which is an odd way to deal with that.

It's just a proposal so far, but if you're flying into Korea
