Hello again, beautiful beautiful being, and welcome back to another expand podcast episode with yours truly, Elizabeth April.

So let's get quantum today. Like, let's just dive right into it. I want to talk about some techniques that I've

started to tap into, started to use. As always, take or leave anything that is explained in this

episode. But ultimately, my intention for this episode is about helping you expand your mind, maybe blow your mind a

little bit, and understand what is possible out there in the quantum energetic vibrational world.

So let's just start off by making a statement that we do not just live in a physical

reality. We also live in a vibrational one. And the majority of the dimensions out there in the

universe are all vibrational. They're all energy. A lot of them anyway are more vibrational than they are

physical. Some of them are physical and vibrational. This one that we're in right now is more

physical than vibrational, but it's changing to be more balanced. The main thing that we're not taught

in our education, in our society, in our culture is about energy or

consciousness. Even traditional Catholic beliefs talk, yes, about the soul, but that we are

representations of this man in the sky who created us, not that our soul chose to be here in this lifetime right now.

That it was our choice. Not that God put us here. So yeah, so a lot of the information has been

skewed and kind of manipulated and twisted for quite some time. So today what I want to talk about is the capabilities of our soul,

of our consciousness, of our vibration as a human. Now of course, psychic, empathic,

clairvoyant abilities are all possible. But today I'm not going to be talking about

those psychic abilities. I specifically want to talk about astral traveling, remote viewing,

and the fact that our soul ends up going places when we're not even aware of it.

So let's just kind of begin there.
