In addition to that, we'll also be sharing some ghost stories in

celebration of Halloween and Saoen. Halloween originated from a Celtic pagan festival called

Saoen, and this was done to welcome the harvest and usher in the dark half of the year.

And according to Irish mythology,

it was a time when the doorways to other worlds opened, allowing supernatural beings and the

souls of the dead to come into our world. I'm also going to share a new song I wrote about one of

Hello and welcome.

So I am going to tell you a little bit about astral projection, which some of you may also know as astral traveling.

And I love this subject. This is so much fun. So what this is is it is an intentional out-of-body experience. So our consciousness has the ability to

separate from our physical bodies. We can experience the world within the same dimension and

within other dimensions from a location

outside of our bodies.

And some of us have had out-of-body experiences that maybe weren't intentional, so it can happen

intentional and it can also happen involuntarily.
