We're calling this one Asthma Update.

I want to welcome all of you to the program.

It is also our very first episode of 2024.

And I hope all of you had a fantastic holiday season spent with family and friends.

It's going to be time here soon, if not now, to get sort of back into the routine swing of life,

which also feels good and provides an opportunity for new things and, you know, learning

new things growing as we embark on a new year. And in this particular episode, we are going to

talk about an important topic, which really, it's one of the most common childhood diseases

in the United States and around the world.

And so I think it's a terrific topic to kick off the year.

And that is asthma.

It's a topic we cover, I'd say, every couple years.

And it's an important one because asthma impacts really millions of children and teenagers
