Hey everybody. It's getting close to the end of the year. We have a tradition here at MTCT of

releasing our setting goals casts over the Christmas break and this is the time for reflection and goal setting and so on.

Hopefully your organization has already done it. If it hasn't, don't wait for your organization to do it.

Go ahead and do it yourself and then incorporate your company's goals, your

organizational goals into yours rather than the other way around.

If you don't know where you're going, you're never going to get there.

And look, in our last cast, we gave you examples, but even after we gave example goals, some managers then went further and said,

how can I set a goal that's bigger than what I'm already doing when this year was so hard?

That's certainly true here in 2020.

How can I find more revenue when I barely made it this year?

How can I cut costs?

I'm down to the bone, right?

And again, all that stuff was before 2020, and then 2020 happened, and we discovered new bone.

More difficult than ever.

And we'll answer that question in this cast and give you some ways,

different ways to think about your goals,

which allied is stretch and grow.
