Okay Mark I think we're going to talk later on about this podcast not not being as

actionable as we probably like but I told you earlier I think this is just a huge

issue for folks.

I mean a lot of managers spend a lot of time worrying about why their directs are doing what they're doing right and

they figure if they can understand the rationale man that's a fool's hope then

they can be more persuasive getting them to change and man yeah no it doesn't work no no yeah yeah in

fact when you were saying that I was thinking how many conversations have you and

I had versus well somebody, somebody did this.

Why would they do that?

It's almost reflexive to say, why would they do that?
