0:02.9	call me and he had 50 properties that were in his personal name. This was right after the financial
0:07.5	crisis. About 22 of them were underwater because they had no equity at all. We put all
0:14.1	2 in one LLC because if something happened in one property, there was no equity to go after the
0:18.8	other one. So let's just put them into one all in LC. Now, as those equities grew and it became a risk that we would probably
