His first book, Live Well Every Day was published May 2021 and is a Sunday Time's Number 1 Bestseller. Alex is on a mission to improve mental health support for young people, and has become prolific throughout the UK in his campaigning for Early Support Hubs. His new book The Mind Manual teaches you how to assess your mental health today - and understand what's normal for you. The Mind Manual is released on Thursday May 11th available at the usual places.
