I did get really thirsty, so I kind of drank a bit of it, if that's okay with you.

And I brought all my skincare products, so I can do your skincare, help you get in your your body and relax. Yeah. Okay, great. So sit back, get comfortable,

and really just take a couple deep breaths to get in your body so you are less in your mind,

because I know it's hard not to be in our mind overthinking

you know over thinking about the future over thinking about this moment to the past

and you know I am here for you and I'm here to let you know that it is going to be okay

and I just wanted to help you get in your body and I hope you relax a little bit.

So let me get my brush and I can brush her a little bit and we'll clip it back into your

skincare because I know you really enjoy that. Yeah. Okay. So let's start with brushing your hair and remember do not feel like

bad for what for receiving you know I want to do this for you you are not a burden I enjoy
