Today's episode is a special live jubilee recording with the amazing Osma Khan, chef, author, and champion of women everywhere.

I've had the privilege of interviewing thousands of women over the years, but Asma remains one of my all-time favorites.

She is fierce and funny and never fails to inspire me and everyone around her.

A little bit about Asma.

She is the star of an amazing chef's table on Netflix.

If you haven't watched it, you need to. She's also the chef owner of Darjeeling Express Restaurant

in London. I had a wonderful meal there a few years ago, and I still think about it. The chai was so

magical I would want it at my final meal. And Asma is the author of the cookbook

Monsoon, delicious Indian recipes for every day and season. As she's about to tell us,

Osma never set out to be a chef, but life and circumstances pushed her in that direction

at a dark moment in her life. Osma and I are introduced by Yasmin Khan. No relation to Osma.

Yasmin is an author of beautiful books like the saffron tales, satune, and ripe figs,

and she too is a fierce advocate for mothers and immigrants. Stay tuned for me, Osma, and
