Summary

Welcome back to another episode of Ask Rob & Rob!  (0:45) Luke’s gearing up to buy his first home, which he intends to live in while subletting the extra rooms for rental income. He's keen on investing in East Anglia and turns to Rob & Rob for their advice on the best places to explore, along with key fundamentals to look for in the area.  (4:22) Jo’s attractive mortgage rates on her buy-to-let properties are ending soon, and her broker suggest remortgaging with the current lender due to low rental income. She plans to increase her rents, and wonders whether to invest more money into the properties to potentially get a better mortgage or follow her broker's advice.  Enjoy the show?  Leave us a review on Apple Podcasts - it really helps others find us!  Sign up for our free weekly newsletter, Property Pulse  Send us your question by calling us on 013 808 00035 and leaving a message with your name and question (normal UK call rates apply) or click here to leave a recording via your computer instead.  Find out more about Property Hub Invest  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
