Morning, my little co-host, you're looking a little flushed, a little stress, what's occurring here today.

Well, I have to sort of dashed back from the gym. I got asked to do a sort of last minute Pilates teaching class.

But I was doing a little bit of stretching beforehand.

And I was on these fixed mats.

You know, you have to do the gym.

And this young girl, you know how we had a little chat about your shorts that you wear in the gym?

And we were talking about the, well, at least they're not the um grippy up your bum

this girl young girl lovely young girl came onto the one beside me and started doing all sorts of

legs akimbo movements in a pair of those about a foot from my face.

I can't quite a right old tis as you can imagine.

It's stressful, isn't it, seeing all that close up?

And there were no other mats and I just thought, oh God, and I just, do I ignore it?

Anyway, I just off I went.

It's a generational thing.

It is. Those lovely young people have no clue.

Let them do their lovely thing.

Yes.

With their lovely bottoms, yes.

Keep all our neuroses to ourselves, shall we?
