| 0:58.0 | I think the question, the answer is probably it depends. It depends. Okay. And it depends on the bank. |
| 1:04.1 | It depends upon the mood of the public. It depends on how much damage the failure of that bank would do. |

| 1:26.5 | But my sense is there are many that still are. |
