The question is, what's up with banks in the U.S.?

So, what do you think, are banks still too big to fail in this country?

I think the question, the answer is probably it depends. It depends. Okay. And it depends on the bank.

It depends upon the mood of the public. It depends on how much damage the failure of that bank would do.

And there's different kinds of banks and there's different kinds of failures.

So I think that's why it's sort of a complex question.

I would say I wish that banks weren't too big to fail.

But my sense is there are many that still are.
