having this type of control. Yeah. We just get to be like, this is what we want to talk about.

This is what we want to do.

So this week we are having a spicy episode where we get people to ask us questions about

their spicy sex life.

Um, my favorite part about this was in one of the submissions.

Someone was like our spice was literally that my husband was chopping jalapinos and it got down there got down and it said she said it burnt for hours can i tell you just looking at some of the submissions that person is not alone that happens more often than you would think i've heard it happening like with people touching themselves. There were so many jalapeno submissions. And really, if anything, this is just us telling you all

to wash your hands. I love that. Thoroughly. Can we before we get into this, just talk about your

journey of not biting your nails? If you like to. I'm so proud of you. Okay. So I have been a nail biter since I was a child. My parents bit their nails. And that's just how I learned how to bite my, like to trim my nails. Nature versus nurture. I could truly. I could never ever stop. I've tried so many different things. The only thing that's worked in the past is using Bailey's get-quickeys.

But I found until the micros came into play, even the minis were too long for me.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I felt like I couldn't do anything. So I went to a manicurist and she gave me a gel

overlay and I haven't bit my nails in two and a half weeks. And I am very proud of myself. I'm a nail biter if I don't have nails done or on. I also like I have days where I'll like take off my quickie set and then I have like a like a day or two between before I put on a new set because I just want like the optimal amount of time stretched out of them. And I will, they're down to the nubs.

Like I'm like, I have to have these back on.

I'm a disaster if I don't have nails. And then people are like, oh, no, have your nails been damaged? I'm like, no, I'm the damage. Like, I'm the one. I'm the one who literally just choose on them. And I think I didn't realize how I moved through life hiding my hands.

Because the other day,

I shared a picture of like dirty soda girls. And I usually will like find a way to wrap my fingers

around it so that you can't see any nails. And it was so weird when I took the picture. And I was like,

oh, I don't have to like contort my

hand to hide. So the confidence boost, I'm like that. Yeah, I'm proud of myself. I love that

...
