Firstly, what is gelatin?

Gelatin is a type of protein, it is derived from animal tissue, it is a form of collagen.

And it has properties that makes it useful for various foods and medicines.

made to basically put medicine inside it and you have the gelatin capsule outside of it, right?

Or you can add sweet and make the gelatin itself into a sweet. Think of jello.

Jello is exactly gelatin. That's what gelatin is, right?

Jello is nothing but gelatin. So that material, which is, you know, just enough permeable and what not to enjoy to eat

gummy stuff and you put some sweet into sugar so gelatin can put give texture to a

food it can protect the food inside of it, it's something that can be very useful in many different types of food and that is why we find it in so many different food products.
