Well, this is a good question and there's lots of different ways of dealing with it.

And I think every question is context dependent and I always like to put the context into

So you get the deep dive answers from me, whereas you might get the sound bites from someone

So if you have got someone who is defaming you, defamation, so there is material loss

to your business and reputation that can be proven, then you may want to get a lawyer
