Thoughts on fact-shaming, I think it's necessary.

Look fat-shaming someone in a way that you know hurts their feeling may not be the best approach but being honest with someone right

telling them hey look this is not going to go well if you if you stay overweight and I

care about you and I want you to be as healthy as you can.

I mean, is your physician fat shaming you when he or she says you need to lose 50 pounds?

So this idea that your feelings supersede diabetes and all sorts of other health consequences that comes with

being overweight is ridiculous.

And so I spoke about this in the context of what Jordan had written,

not just to blindly defend Jordan
