If you're going to be anything or anybody in this business, you're going to get the shit kicked out of you.

I've gotten crushed like a bug more times than I can count.

And I smile about it because I know that's what I feel helps me get better every time and become a better person, become a better business person,

and do extraordinary things in the business.

I can create other opportunities, other forms of things in the entertainment business

that are going to inspire people or do things,

and then they're going to change the course of my life

and hopefully other people's lives because of that negative thing I experienced.

And if you don't have those things where you're crushed like a bug, it's very hard to grow

and become better. And I think that's really, really important to know and understand, absorb,

and accept.
