Hey guys, so this episode's going to be a little bit different. I don't have a guest with me on the show,

0:05.2

but what I do have are some pretty good questions. I'm going to be answering a bunch of questions

0:11.3

about our documentary minimalism that we released last December to Netflix. I got a lot of really

0:17.8

great questions in from this previous project. I'll get into that, talk a little bit about the backstory there, as well as a couple of the latest projects that I've been working on and some recent developments that are pretty exciting and pretty terrifying at the same time.

0:35.5

Let's do it.

This is The Ground Up Show.

Music and pretty terrifying at the same time. Let's do it. This is the Ground Up Show. All righty, so welcome back to the Ground Up show,

1:43.5

parents, being able to pay down some of my

1:45.4

debt. These were some of my parameters for what success meant. And I got to this point and it was

1:55.0

great, but I knew I wanted to contribute more. I knew I wanted to step outside of my comfort

1:59.8

zone again and do something even

2:01.9

bigger. So that came in the form of a feature-length documentary. This was back in 2010,

2:10.3

Joshua Fields Milburn from The Minimalist.com. He actually started out as a client, and then within six months, he shot me an email.

2:21.3

And the subject line simply said idea.

2:24.8

And the email detailed this project that he wanted to start about this movement of minimalism
