episode is going to be a good one. I say this every single time. It's been a hot sex since I did an Ask

Lan app. I haven't done the bonus apps in a while. I've

just been really, really busy with planning the Hot Girl sweat events and kind of just slipped

Toronto have gone live. They're on sale. They are $65. I know this is a bit more expensive.

Other ship typically costs $55 for a drop-in class.

With the purchase of a ticket, you are getting a 75-minute other ship experience. You will be going

through the hot and the sauna, followed by a plunge in the ice baths, all led by the incredible other ship guides.

I haven't picked the class yet, but it will be a guided class.

We will be doing a lot of breath work, mindfulness, meditation.

I'm hoping to do the self-care sweat because I really love that one.

It has guasha and body massage, and I feel like it's really in alignment with everything that I always talk about,

but it'll be something of that nature.
