Thanks for listening. Today I asked Dr. Kim, the question is, my husband plays video games and it

drives me crazy. Is it okay for grown men to play video games?

What a great question.

And I think one that a lot of women out there and a lot of wives are wondering because

this is a very common thing for adult men, grown men to be still into video games and playing

video games.

And there are video games made for adults these days.

Weird and advertised for adults so

it's certainly common but actually Kim what do you think is it okay I think in general yes it's okay

I mean I don't see it and I don't know I don't play very many video games play some of my grandkids

but I don't know any video games there may be some that I'd say you know that's probably

crossing the line or something and that but in general I think I think video games are okay. And I think it's

interesting just kind of what you were saying that. I think a lot of our generation, this

generation, the millennials and stuff grew up with video games. And so the video game companies

wanted to keep them in the loop. And so they began to do more adult video games. So there's probably, you know, there's things that I played when, I mean, I could still,

you know, we had Pac-Man and all that kind of stuff and I enjoyed that and I could still enjoy

playing a day.

But it was different than some of the games today.

And it's kind of like, those were in the childhood and to sit up on night playing Pac-Man or something. Yeah. Anymore, like I did maybe when I was younger.

So I think it's okay.
