Thanks for listening.

So today we're doing an Ask Dr. Kim podcast where people submit their questions to Dr. Kim, and then we take the time to sit here and answer them.

0:21.2

So the question that we got from one listener today is, I have this terrible feeling that my

0:25.6

husband is having an affair. What do I do? Do I confront him? Do I try to catch him doing

0:30.4

something wrong? I kind of catch him in the act of the affair. So this is such a difficult

1:09.1

or had that happen to. So I think we're more conscious of it than, you know, that could it happen to me, those kind of

1:14.5

things. And if your marriage isn't great and there's some insecurities, and I think you're more

1:18.6

vulnerable to that. And so sometimes, obviously, the feelings are are not valid. It's just

1:23.5

may become some insecurities. So what I would say, is there something that goes along with it

1:29.5

that's making those feelings there?

1:31.3

Do you see your spouse hiding their phone?

1:34.5

Do you see your spouse texting
