Thanks for listening. Today on Ask Dr. Kim, we're going to be talking about a question that probably

0:17.5

lots of families are thinking when they have, especially when they have a bunch of kids,

0:21.2

they're thinking, how should we as a family choose what activities to be involved in and whatnot, too?

0:26.8

I feel like so many families struggle with this. This is a question we've been asked several times.

0:31.9

Just, you know, what should we choose to be involved in? What should we say no to, too? It can be really hard to say no to things. So, great question. Dr. Graham, how do we choose? Now, I agree. It is a great question. And I think

And then, okay, Julie, you're going to have to go watch him play.

1:21.4

And that's it.

1:22.0

You know, so we limited him to one sport at a time.

1:26.9

And that worked out really well.

1:27.9

And I think it helped him too.

1:30.1

And it made him make a couple of choices at times.

1:33.2

And he kind of ended up deciding as he kind of grew up, which one he was better at and which one he wanted to really focus on.
