the house? So this could happen for a lot of different reasons, right? Dr. Kim, what are some of

the different scenarios that you've seen that really make it impossible for a couple to get out of the

house and or spend money on going on a date and dating each other? Well, certainly kids and the ages

of your kids can be a thing. And if you've got, you know,

I've got one couple that I love that I've seen for quite a, well, they have seven kids.

Let me tell you, finding somebody that's going to sit for seven kids is like impossible.

Yes, it is. You've got to farm out three or four of them and then see if you can get a sitter

to take care of the other three. So, and that doesn't have to be a whole lot of them. It can be a kid. It can be a baby that's sick. It can be, you know, those first few months of a baby can be

really hard. And sometimes it's hard to leave them. I've had couples that really because of their job

schedules, you know, that they were, they're trying, I had a couple that they were trying to work for one of them was always home when the kids were home.

And so one was working later, one was working earlier, and to find a time.

And so we had to be creative about figuring out when could you have dates?

Because it wouldn't be the traditional Saturday night date wasn't going to work for them most of the time.

And then I think money.

And I think sometimes we put a little too much emphasis on that you don't have to go out somewhere at nice date every time or whatever.

You know, you can go to, we used to pick up something like a McDonald's or something, go out, what's the sunset at the lake and made that into a date.

And a couple of times, that was with the baby.

My oldest first child when Grant was little, you could get him in the car and you could get him to go to sleep.
