Yeah, what what happened here, but we don't want to bore you with race reports

We'll give you some context really we want to try to focus on principles that we noticed or certain things that we could apply

What we learned yeah, what we learned and that hopefully can help you be faster in your next race

I learned that Canadians need to invest in air conditioning. Oh, yeah, yeah

We've been learning that for two and a half days now. This is a good takeaway those we booked a nice condo up in Canada

Really nice?

It looks gorgeous quite nice in the winter. This place would be the bomb. Yeah, and we assume that it would have air conditioning

And the last two days has been 95 degrees outside and we have no air conditioning

We had for the first two days broken fans that they gave us

Yeah, they're little 10 inch oscillating fans. So we're not talking about where the trainer road fans were longing for our last goes

Yeah, the nice for it. I mean just a lot of places in the world are like this, too. They don't have AC

Yeah, so there was another hotel though that we could have gotten that have AC. Yes

Yeah, we should probably research that a little more closely next time

Yeah, the good news is this is a six day stage race mountain bike stage race the first three stages
