We did an Instagram live this week from when we were doing some physical or physiological testing and

Nate was actually taking a VO2 max test at that point

We talked last time about our metabolic efficiency

assessments and we mentioned the fact that we'd be taking our getting our resting metabolic rates figured out and also

VO2 max test so we have those results. We're gonna dig into them

But the resting metabolic let's do that one first. Yeah, we should get that one up. Yeah

We we thought

We thought that we just had to follow the same fasting protocol that happened for the metabolic efficiency assessment and that was incorrect

We should have faster for 12 hours, but all of us

Faster for the two to four window that was that was suggested resting metabolic rate is how many calories you burn if you're just laying on the couch all day long

Exactly, so let's talk about the results, but then also when they did this they taught they measured the amount of fat and carbs

And because we didn't fast and because we ate different stuff we have some interesting results there

And we're gonna redo this test in three months, so we'll see what happens

So that we'll see what sort of impact actually eating before in that 12 hour fasting we have had the test you thought it raised our

Our metabolic rate and I think that it gave us weird readings on the percentage of fat and
