But we've kind of taken a proactive approach and we're solving some of our own questions that hopefully you guys can learn from

On Monday of this week we went to a sports all silver sage sports and fitness lab. It's a testing facility

Where you can get a variety of tests done and it's specifically focused foreign endurance athletes in this case

And we went and got a metabolic efficiency test done. Oh, yeah, it sounds fancy picture of you on

There were comments made that my hair was still perfect

You can see on that picture what we did is basically we had a kicker and we had trainer road and we had a

Specific protocol that's used when you're using the type of equipment we were using to measure a metabolic efficiency test

So and to add on to that we all had power meters on our bikes too correct

Yeah, and we were using power match with the kicker to make sure that things were on on par with what we were using there

And basically what we do is we're hooked up to a machine that measures a gas exchange rate and

Basically, we have a mask on our heads and we're breathing into a tube which gave me crazy dry mouth. Oh so bad
