Whenever I think I have this plan so basically a few weeks ago

I said I'm gonna train three times a day because baby we have a new baby in the home splitting it up in between

Naps and everything else I couldn't get out for an extended ride and I figured I would try to chop up all that time

That I do plan to spend training just into smaller chunks and it wasn't working from a logistical perspective

But also I wasn't getting the improvements that I wanted to see

All I ended up doing was just following our training plans and that is working famously

It was just the setup and tear down that was the hard thing was every time I would have a window

I'd be getting kidded or getting ready and then the baby would cry and it wouldn't be able to do it or it would get cut short because of that
