Hello. And we're gonna answer more of your coaching questions today. You can

submit those coaching questions to us at support at trainerroad.com and we will

go through the list of questions that we get and answer as many as we can each

week. And we try to pick the ones that are most applicable and or interesting

for the audience. So if you submit a question and doesn't get answered, maybe it's

because it doesn't have a wide application. Or maybe it's awesome. We just didn't

have a chance to get to it. We'll see. We have a lot of questions. We get a lot.

In fact, just because there's a lot doesn't mean don't submit them. Yeah. In fact, I

noticed that a lot of you guys were submitting them like, you know, one, you're

submitting them over and over again. And that doesn't annoy us at all. Like that,

that's good because sometimes we just can't get to them all. So that's not a

bad thing at all. Just don't submit it like multiple times every day all day.
