| 1:51.0 | Yeah, we've had some big names there over the years for sure. A hornar was there last year, right with his with his air guest team. I don't know if you'll be here again this year, but and Hornard didn't win last year. I don't think I'm not sure but I don't believe he did. |
| 2:07.0 | So no, I don't I don't remember who won. I think it might have been an optimum rider. I'm not sure. |
| 2:13.0 | It's a tough stage race. You get to race around a car track circuit tomorrow. And then after that they have a long road race with a big dirt section super famous. |
| 2:23.0 | And then the next day you wake up to a tough what is it like a 20 minute time trial roughly guys about that. Yeah, around a 20 minute TT and then you finish everything off that same day with a crit on Sunday. |
| 2:35.0 | So yeah, it's it's a cool race. If any of you ever get the chance to come out and check it out, I would definitely give that one a shot. It's it's very cool. |

He has some really cool picture pictures from last year with all the riders coming through the valley with all the dust. Pretty cool stuff. So before we get to or we get into the questions to one of the thing we had somebody this week Chad talk to us about training twice a day. |
| 3:03.0 | Essentially doing two different workouts and intentionally so not like accidentally and not splitting something in half necessarily but but actually having two scheduled workouts. I know you've written a blog post on this, but why would somebody trained twice a day and what do they need to know. |
| 3:18.0 | Typically the benefits are only going to happen with a high intensity workout couple with a low intensity workout, which order you do them in is up to you and well obviously influence how each of the two interact. |
