I'm Kevin Allison, this is Tokyo Groove Gyoshi behind me now, and this is the fourth

and final of our Asian American Lives series.

We put together these four episodes which have 20 stories in them in total to celebrate

Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month as both a celebration of just this extraordinary

amount of life experience you hear here, but also a sort of a warning about the amount

of bigotry and hate and violence against Asian Americans that we've seen popping up again

and again and again in our streets and our communities.
